Terms of Service

1. The service

saasintelli provides a platform on which colleges submit student profiles and CVs, students track the progress of their candidature, and we share curated candidate information with recruitment consultancy partners.

We are not an employment agency and we do not guarantee placement. Hiring decisions rest entirely with employers and consultancies. Nothing on the platform is a promise of an interview, an offer, or a job.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• Placement officer accounts require a valid official college email and are activated only after we approve them. We may decline or revoke approval at our discretion.
• Student accounts can only be created where the student's details have already been submitted by their college.
• Administrator accounts are created by us and are not open to public registration.
• You are responsible for the security of the email address linked to your account, since sign-in codes are sent there. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.
• Accounts are personal. Do not share access, and do not register on someone else's behalf without their authority.

3. Obligations of colleges and placement officers

• You must have a lawful basis for sharing student personal data with us, and must inform your students that their data and CVs have been submitted to the platform.
• You must ensure the data you upload is accurate and relates to genuine students of your institution.
• You may view only your own college's data. Attempting to access another college's records is a breach of these terms.
• Bulk export of candidate data is not available to college accounts. You may not scrape, republish or redistribute data obtained from the platform.
• Submitted batches are final. Corrections are made by submitting a new batch, not by editing a past one.

4. Obligations of students

• Register using the same email address your college submitted, and provide accurate information.
• Application status is set by our team based on information from consultancy partners. It is provided in good faith and is read-only.
• Corrections to your academic record or CV go through your placement office, which can submit an updated batch.

5. Student premium

Students pay a one-time premium of ₹3,000 to unlock their dashboard. The premium is a lifetime access fee — it does not renew and there is no recurring charge. It grants access to status tracking and your submitted profile; it does not purchase a placement, an interview, or any hiring outcome. Refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, or content you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to reach
• Probe, scan or interfere with the platform's security or availability
• Use automated means to extract data from the platform
• Impersonate another person, college or organisation
• Use the platform for anything unlawful, or in breach of any applicable regulation

7. Data sharing with consultancies

By submitting or having your data submitted to the platform, you understand that candidate profiles and CVs may be shared with recruitment consultancy partners for placement purposes. Every handoff is logged. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, its design and its software remain our property. Student CVs and college data remain the property of their respective owners; you grant us the licence necessary to store, process and share that content for the placement purposes described in these terms and our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability

We aim to keep the platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access for maintenance, or to protect the platform's security or integrity.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, submits false data, or puts the platform or its users at risk. You may stop using the platform at any time and ask us to close your account by writing to info@saasintelli.com.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, saasintelli is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from a hiring decision made by any employer or consultancy. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform develops. The “last updated” date reflects the current version, and we will notify account holders of material changes by email. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
