Cookie Policy

This policy explains the cookies and similar browser storage that saasintelli uses, what each one is for, and how you can control them. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. They let a site recognise your browser between requests — which is how you stay signed in after entering a verification code. We also use local storage, a related browser feature, for a couple of preferences that never leave your device.
2. Our approach
We keep this deliberately minimal. We do not use advertising cookies, we do not use cross-site tracking, and we do not sell any data gathered through cookies. Nearly everything below is required for the platform to work at all.

Strictly necessary cookies
These are required to sign in and use your dashboard. They cannot be switched off through the banner, because the platform would not function without them. They contain no advertising or profiling data.
Preference storage
Your theme choice is stored locally in your browser. It is never transmitted to us and is not shared between devices.
Analytics
If we introduce analytics cookies in future, they will only be set after you choose “Accept all” on the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated to list them before they are used.
4. Third-party cookies
When a student completes a payment, our payment processor may set its own cookies on its checkout to prevent fraud and complete the transaction. Those cookies are governed by that provider's own privacy and cookie policies, not this one. We do not set third-party advertising or social media cookies anywhere on the platform.
5. Your choices
- The cookie banner — choose “Essential only” to decline anything beyond what the platform strictly requires. Clearing your browser storage makes the banner appear again so you can change your answer.
- Browser settings — every major browser lets you block or delete cookies, usually under Settings → Privacy. Blocking our session cookie will sign you out and prevent you from signing back in.
- Private browsing — cookies and local storage are discarded when you close the window, so you will be signed out and the banner will reappear next visit.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add or change a cookie, we will update the table above and revise the “last updated” date. Where the change requires your consent, we will ask for it before setting the cookie.
