Whether you run a placement cell, you're a final-year student, or you recruit from campuses — here's exactly what to expect.
Placement heads
- 1Register with your official college email and verify it with a one-time code.
- 2Wait for our team to approve your account — usually within one working day.
- 3Download the student data template and fill it in for the batch you're submitting.
- 4Upload the spreadsheet plus a ZIP of CVs; fix anything flagged before you confirm.
- 5Track each batch's review status and watch your roster's application progress.
Students
- 1Wait until your placement office has submitted your details to us.
- 2Register with the same email your college submitted, and verify it.
- 3Complete the one-time ₹3,000 lifetime premium payment.
- 4Track your application status and view the profile and CV submitted for you.
Consultancy partners
- 1Get onboarded by our team — reach out through the contact page.
- 2Receive curated candidate pools filtered to your industry focus.
- 3Screen from a CSV with direct CV links, or a bundled CV archive.
- 4Tell us who progresses; we update the candidate's live status.
The student data template
Placement heads upload one spreadsheet and one ZIP of CVs. Here's exactly what each needs to contain.
Spreadsheet columns
CSV or Excel. roll_number, name and email are required; the rest are optional but strongly recommended.

CV ZIP naming
Put every CV in a single ZIP. Name each file after the student's roll number or email so we can match it automatically.

- · Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX
- · Nested folders inside the ZIP are fine
- · Trailing _resume or _cv is stripped when matching
- · Unmatched files are flagged before you submit — nothing is uploaded blind
